would this also wreak havoc and throw O2 sensor codes as well? I have replaced the Bank 1 sensor 1, 3 times. The P0100, was coming up now as well as P0505.

Not the O2 sensors codes directly, but sometimes it will trigger "Lean Mixture" or "Rich Mixture" codes, which sometimes are confused with O2 sensor codes.

Thank you kindly for getting back to me. So my problem ended up being a missing EFI 1 fuse. Its right next to the ignition fuse that I have to pop out every night because of car theft in our area is really high. Anyways I accidently popped out the EFI 1 fuse instead as I was doing it in the dark like a dingus. So the P0100, and 0505 issue solved. woohoo! Just have a Bank 2, sensor 1 to replace now for 2nd time, but not before checking into the harness. I only wish my wife before we got together would've acted on the recall back then. Already forked out >2k in replacing ECM, sensors, etc. Side note, you have proven to be an invaluable amount of help so definitely keeping you on the metaphorical "speed-dial". as well as referring others to you.
