  • My 2007 Chrysler Aspen just had the idler pulley and belt replaced. The engine overheated for a brief moment. After the parts were replaced the check engine light came on and the code says P3441 ( cylinder 6 deactivation intake valve control circuit open ). The vehicle still runs good. Is there a quick fix or will it fix itself? Prior to the repair, everything was normal, no codes present.

  • My Chrysler dealer said to take apart the Hemi engine to look, how much???? $$$$$$$, my mechanic said to change the oil at 5000km and put cleaner through the oil & gas, after 3 months it went away, now its back, here I go again. Engine still runs good but no MDS Fuel saver lights come on and it hesitates around 2000RPMs from time to time when you hit the gas. Change your oil frequently could be the preventive touch.
