Is it possible for a bad PCM to cause this as well? I've had this problem from over a year now. I've replaced both the MAP and throttle body before when it was getting really bad. It helped the problem quite a bit went from throwing codes a couple times a day down to once in a while like 1 a week. Now I'm back to multiple times a day. I've sprayed my whole engine compartment down with starter fluid, got no RPM changes. I don't think a vacuum leak is intermittent like that, I could be wrong though. My wiring looks good no noticeable damage.
