well before i cleared out the codes i started my Silverado and let it idle for about 15 mins.The engine light was still on at that time then about the 11 min mark the truck started losing power and the stability light came on. I then turned off the engine ,installed my code reader and cleared out all the codes restarted my Silverado and the lights were all off and i drove my truck to work,which is about a 5 mile short drive,and all is well so far*fingers crossed. i`ll let you know if i have anymore issues or none in a few days.Thanks for your feedback

I am having the P2101 along with what I think is just a secondary code when the P2101 is detected but the second code is P2135. It seems to do it when low on fuel less than a quarter tank. The dealership is trying to troubleshoot it and the throttle body was replaced the throttle position sensor connector and the foot of harness that comes with it, the accelerator pedal assembly, all connectors in the TPS system have dielectric grease in them and the mechanic said he checked the grounds and cleaned them up. The throttle that was replaced could have been bad but to keep throwing parts at this is more than I can afford. I just bought the truck it's a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT with the 5.3 L and I have only had it a month and a week and this is the 4th time it's been at the GMC dealership.

Since you already had the Throttle Body replaced, the next step is to check the wires from Throttle Body to the Throttle Actuator Control Module. Do you know if the technician check the wires from the Throttle Body to the Throttle Actuator Control Module? or check the connector for damage at the Throttle Actuator Control Module?
