I have the code 1757 two things the tranny seems to shift properly. I did have a problem with the relay fuse/switch and I am thinking that the wiring is loose causing a bad connection. I also put a new reverse/overdrive unit on it ... its a 42re tranny in a jeep any thoughts .. Im also thinking possible the pan needs cleaning?

Thank you ... any idea worst case how much will cost to replace sensor and or the solenoid? The transmission tech wants $100 to let me know and I may give up the jeep if it's too costly or try to trade for a new one as the jeep only has 90,000 miles on it

He had to change both governor sensor and the selonoid ....reset the computer code and he told me ready to go...I have to pick up $675
