I was made to change the alternator on my Honda crv 2007 model three (3) times but the battery light keeps on coming intermittently. -
Did you use a new factory alternator? if you did, then the next step is to check the wires from the alternator to the PCM

this just happened to my 08 SI changed the alternator and battery and light still comes on. checked my fuse box and looks like there was a short somewhere and it burned my fuse box where the connections go (positive and negative) hopefully switching the fuse box fixes the issue and ill be done with that nightmare
