P1584 car stopped running with amber car fault light on, disconnected battery and reconnect, made no difference. Stared again after 2 minutes. Using my OBD2 reader I reset code.
Car ran ok for a week then fault light on again with same code P1584 and this time engine hunting at tick over 1000/1500 rpm. Used my reader to extinguish the fault light and it is running ok again for now. I have tried CATACLEAN in my fuel which has not helped now advised to use REDEX petrol cleaner.
