This KB 300, 4JH1 eng only has a tps and not a motor on the throttle body. The diesel pump is drive by wire and I supect the problem will lie in the pump. Will check relevant wiring and connectors first.
Fault cannot be erased with scanner.

It's an Isuzu Dmax 4JH1-TC.
Currently having the exact same problem as mentioned by Willie above.
Fault code is P1520, I've checked on the neutral switch, it was in fact broken, changed it and repaired the wires, seems like neutral switch is working. (I use G-scan 2)
However, the fault code is still present and cannot be erased. I don't understand where the 'electronic throttle system' is, this model only has an accelerator position sensor, mechanical throttle, not electrical.

I found a video that explain how to reset the system. You have to disconnect the switch connector and use a wire to jump the connector, then you have to drive your vehicle for 10 minutes above 60 kmh, then reconnect the connector.

Good day, cannot remember! If you are convinced the Park neutral switch wiring is OK and the setting was done on test drive then I will double check the engine current data with a scanner. Is the light just on and the vehicle performs?

Thank you very much for your reply! Yes I'm very sure the wires are ok, and I've tried the setting, current data seems fine too, nothing seems strange or out of the way, car performs like normal. Just engine check light is on, I don't know if my setting wasn't done correctly, maybe I need to drive longer? But I think in a case like this, probably flashing ECU and deleting fault code would be easier :/ Would you have any other suggestions for me?
