2001 Toyota Sienna is surging (cuts out and suddenly looses power without moving the gas pedal) and idling rough. P1349, P0300, P0301, P0303, and P0305 Codes with check engine light. will the check engine light go off on its own after the oil change and driving it around or does a shop need to clear it?

If the was the oil change, then the light will eventually turn off by it self in a couple of weeks, otherwise the oil change was not problem.
