2000 Lexus LS400... started with P0300 random misfire, would only misfire on startup for 1 min then would return to normal idle. Replaced both oil control valves and no more misfire however I got 2 new codes P1349 and P1354 VVT malfunction. I plan on replacing the filters for the OCV’s. Unfortunately on 1UZFE they are buried inside the camshaft main bearing caps on the front of each cylinder head. Will do it along with timing belt.
