1998 Frontier 2.4L, started running very rough with little gas pedal applied. Got p1105, changed MAP sensor. Truck still ran very rough. Ran codes again, now have p0105. Getting confused and frustrated!

I have a 98 Altima and it has a 2000 Altima engine in it (2.4). Does a vacuum line attach to the map sensor after doing this swap? Car stalls sometime at idle and when pressing the gas. I replaced it with a new map sensor(only code on the car), fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, cap &rotor.

I have never replaced an engine from a different model year, but it looks like the engine from the 2000 Altima, did not had a MAP sensor, so you probably have to get a vacuum line from another place.

Nobody seems to say the most Obvious one. PEOPLE, Check the AIR INTAKE HOSE FOR CRACKS OR LEAKS FIRST BEFORE REPLACING ANYTHING!!! This is the most obvious if it is an old vehicle. There could be small cracks not visible immediately. Remove the Hose and inspect it thoroughly. This could save you a lot of headache.
