I have a customers car 2010 Mazda 3 with check engine light on with codes P0766 (Shift solenoid "D" Performance stuck off, code P0762(Shift Solenoid "C" Stuck on). Customer complains of vehicle drivability issues. AT light comes on after a few seconds of driving idle goes up but gears in transmission do not engage. Did a visual inspection noticed transmission mount worn, transmission fluid low and dirty. Drove vehicle to see if issues do exit. After driving noticed that transmission hits big time into higher gear AT light comes on and idle goes over 4,000rpm. I will diagnose vehicle and post updates. If anyone has any information it would be truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I haven't had those codes before. I also checked a national database of common repairs, and it looks like those codes are not common at all. No bulletins or common repairs. My best guess is that you have a problem with the valve body. i'll keep checking around as well and I hope you find the problem.

I found the problem. It was wiring harness in the shifter itself. Repaired it and vehicle running great
