The P0756 Chevrolet code indicates an issue with the Shift Solenoid Valve 2 Performance being stuck off. The shift solenoid valves are responsible for controlling the flow of transmission fluid within the transmission. 2003 Chevy Astro van the cold p 0756 appears can you please let me know what I have to do. transmission is not shifting
-
The P0756 means that the shifting solenoids inside the transmission are not working properly. Sometimes the solenoid failed to work due to dirty or low transmission fluid. You could start by inspecting the transmission fluid level and condition. If the transmission smells burnt, then you may have a transmission problem and you may have to have a transmission specialist inspected for you.
