Bought wife 2001hondacivic trans bad .I drive car determine could fix w/o major overhaul was slipping would stop pulling could pull over cut off start engine would shift perfect u stop would start acting crazy slip stop pulling fluid is cherry more I drove seem to get a little better so I determine pressure regulator valve could have been sticking I drain a quarter fluid out and added some Lucas trans treatment it started working immediately my wife has driven it a month nationalism Burlington calls me and tells me it shifting funny and quit pulling every two or three miles cut it off startup the same thing it has a code po730 I look it up it says shift solenoid A and then I read that someone had posted on some site about it can do the pump wearing I don't think it's the pump because it'll work and then it quits front blowout I know how a Honda pump will if it's just two years unless they're broke they don't usually have a problem I was wondering if anyone's had the same problem and replace the solenoids and did it work before she spends $40 up there or before I have to go drive 200 something miles
