  • I am having this error code on my 2005 santa fe with 3.5 lt and AWD the transmission is 5 speed automatic with manual override and is no longing shifting properly My transmission fluid is BLACKISH and smells burnt and it wont shift out of 1st until you push it and then CLUNK feels like i was REAR ENDED then it goes into 3rd and stays there until i shut it off and back to 1st gear I did check my tranny fluid which was low added 2 quarts it shifted smoothly into 2nd then stayed there next day back to CLUNK AGAIN . I am waiting for my mechanic to completely flush and replace the transmission fluid and filter ,put a new input /output ( revolution ? ) sensor(s) still confuses between the ABS speed sensor and REVOLUTION sensor but at least im aware of the difference and will do wire harness just for good measure a with the pcv valve. Ill keep you posted as to how it went. But im not holding my breath on this car ive replaced EVERYTHING ELSE from tires up and still need cats next if anyone needs a whole lot of BRAND NEW 05 SANTA FE PARTS reply below i cant junk it cant sell it cant drive it and have run put of patience money or trustworthy mechanics but spent too much already to walk away its in monterey bay, CA
