  • I ran into this problem with the code P0690 and check the relay for power output on pin 30 with key on and off and it was good. So I check the PCM for power it had power with key on and off. I found out that some one had cut the wire and connected to a power wire so I cut that wire and ran it back to the pin 30 of the relay and my problem was solved. So always check power at the PCM pin73 with key on and off before replacing any parts.
