I recently bought a 2004 silverado 2500hd 6.0, my engine light came on and it gave me the knock sensor code. I drove the truck for seven days with no problem. I reset the light to get rid of the light for a few miles or so, after doing this the truck idled for about five minutes then I put it in drive and it started to idle rough and I lost power. I tried to restart and it wouldn't until after the third try. It started up and I drove but as I was driving it shook and turned off on me I put it in neutral and it turned back on. I lost gas power intermittently then all of a sudden it kicked out and drove smooth. I drove it a few hours later and the engine lite turned off and no symptoms were felt. About a block from the mechanic the light came back on. It gave the knock sensor code and the crankshaft position sensor code. That day I had the crankshaft sensor replaced thinking it would fix the problem, it didn't a few. Miles after picking it up it didn't want to start up again. I let it set while arranging a tow truck and I went to try to start it after 15 minutes or so and it fired up with a rough idle. The mechanic took it back and tried to get the truck to duplicate the symptoms but had no luck. I drove it on Saturday a few miles and I let it idle while I went into the auto parts to get the knock sensors and when I came back the truck was off with the key on, I tried to start it once and it had a rough idle once again, I turned it off then on again and it ran fine. Today I replaced the knock sensors and it runs nice. I cleared the light and after driving about five miles or so the light came back on only this time it gave me code po651, ac pressure and fuel pressure, the truck and ac are running awesome. Any idea what's going on..
