Engine light came on. Also the following indicators:
stabilitrac=off
traction=off
Engine cut off on the road. Would not restart. Waited about 5 min and it started ok. Engine light stayed on but the truck ran fine. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the ecm under warranty.
Only had 22K miles on it. -
This is exactly what our yukon is doing. The repair shop didn't know what it was. Worse service department ever. Thanks. Now we can tell them this may be the cause, when we take it to a different place.

I have the same situation , did they cover it under the power train warranty ??? That's what I still have on mine and they say that warranty won't cover the ecm repair ??
