  • replaced all 4 spark plugs and #4 coil pack which seemed to be bad, before i changed anything i disconnected it while engine was running there was no change already running rough, when i disconnected each of the other 3 the engine cut off so that told me that the #4 coil pack was bad after replacing the plugs an the coil pack it runs a little bit better but still running rough now showing code PO354

  • Try swapping the coil to see if the code follows the coil. If the same code comes back, then the next step is to check the wire connector and wire from the Ignition Coil and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Other than the ignition coil, I have not seen any other component setting the code.
