Why did you replaced the sensors? Bad sensors on the Q are not common at all.
Besides the camshaft position sensor, the starter is the only other thing that I have seen triggering the P0340 code on the 2000 Q45. -
The car was not starting in the beginning when I put my scanner on it that what it sad I changed it and it was working but engine light was still on when I checked it again it told me crankshaft sensor so I changed that car was working fine for a whole day but next day car would not start turns over strong but no start.

A few days ago, I was sat in traffic for a bit and all of a sudden, the engine shut off. I quickly looked around and realised the temp had hit the roof. I tried to restart so I could get off the middle of the road, but engine wouldn't start. It would crank, but won't start. So I waited till it cooled down a bit (about 30mins) and then in fired up again. I turned around and drove right back home and got a tech to look at it. We found that one of the fans wasn't spinning properly, I had to use my hands to turn it before it would spin. Anyway, I replaced it with a spare I had and everything looked fine. Then yesterday I got into a bit of traffic again and same thing happened, only that this time, the temp gauge was at the middle mark. Today I got out my scanner and got the P0340 code.

i have a 06 g35 with the rev up motor and the cel is on for bad cam position sensors. i replaced them all with new sensors but that didnt fix the problem, it made it worse. the next day when i drove it, its like redline was set at 3000rpm. I couldnt go over and when it hit the 3000rpm limit the VDC and SLIP lights came on. i recently changed my oil and it did make it better, i was able to drive it normally going all through the rev range until i downshifted then it would trigger the VDC and SLIP lights and the 3000rpm limit was back. Idle is fine and its never stalled on its own
