I have a 2003 S10 4.3 Vortec
I am getting code P0305 from time to time after clearing it a few times in the past.
I have replaced spark plugs, wires, distributor, cap, rotor, MAF, MAP, Evap, Compression Test good, Valve Test holds up, Smoke Test no leaks
Nothing has changedMy last theories are Fuel Injectors, ECM, or intake manifold leak
The intake manifold is questionable since my oil is not milky and I'm not losing fluid or seeing any smoke from exhaust.
I have taken off the Plenum and looked over the injectors and no leaks from regulator or poppets.
Pretty much impossible to test the ECM.I could really use help. I have been dealing with this for over a month. The truck drives but has a slight vibration. Every once in a while when I start the truck is vibrates bad but eases up to a small vibration.

I doubt the problem is the ECM, usually the ECM affect more than one cylinder. Have you try using high octane gas and fuel additive to clean the injectors? After what you have already replaced, the fuel injector is the most likely cause of the problem.

I have had the injectors cleaned out at the shop, well, injector 1, 3, and 5
I feel like the injectors are my next best choice, but I know the ECM gets extremely hot, so not sure if that is normal.
