Po 300 is set at start up. If I drive about 8 miles it will misfire all the way. I stop and restart the car and no misfire. It will run fine untill I snap the throttle then it starts misfiring again. I checked a national database of repairs for your model and year, most of the repairs were done by replacing the coil and spark plugs. There are a couple of repairs that could help you. On one of the repairs, the problem was fixed by replacing the valve springs and the other one was the PCV Valve. You should start by replacing the PCV Valve.
