  • Am Charles from Lagos - Nigeria, My Mitsubishi Montero Limited is consuming excessive fuel like 30+ Litres per 100km, it's usually very hot under the foot matt & interiorly & even exhume hotness around drivers side.
    I was told to replace the catalyst under the drivers seat that was originally not there. This i did & even minor leakages on the exhaust was also closed up But the Problems.
    Mechanics seem to not knowing & doing guess work or trial & error with d vehicle cause I checked up a friend with The exact vehicle model has only one of the three catalysts yet functions optimally.
    My engine sounds & seem very okay as confirmed by all the mechanics that examined it.
    The Hotness & the very excessive fuel still persists.
