1999 Lexus ES300. I have replaced both O2 sensors bank 1 and 2. I have cleaned the MAF sensor and replaced all fuel injectors. I get the P0171 code when the engine reaches operating temperature.

Could get drive once and rev once then rev again the one time I started it again for a short amount of time when I realized I was instantly out of oil from when it happened. It still starts and can push it forward in D and backward in R. Is there anyway I could possibly fix this without replacing the transmission?
