  • hi I have 2005 highlander have P0171 only no another code, I replaced the air flowmeter and air filter and delete the code but the code come back again the O2 sensors are good air flowmeter and air filter is good so I want to know what to do next please??

  • If the Mass Air Flow (MAF) is new, and the O2 sensors are OK, then the next step is to check for intake leaks. One of the most common problems is a broken air filter box duct. Sometimes cracks on the duct are difficult to spot.

  • Yep now I change the cover of the air filter which came with another new air filter and the Pip's so now I am sure we have no more problem between the intake manifold and the air filter but am still having P0171 on my 2005 highlander each time when i delete the code and drive the vehicle for about (5 or 6) KLM the check engine light come on again and when I put my launch CRP 129 to read the code is P0171 so I need a help to fix my highlander pls
