Post cat o2 has P0141 on aftermarket high flow cat. Replaced o2 and same condition. Heater is good at 3 ohms but only gets up over 700 degrees when floored, otherwise it drops to around 500 degrees. Car will not pass readiness check. Ecu connector has 12v DC but Ecu ground shows 2.5 volts so only 9.5 volts from Ecu with ignition on but not running. Is Ecu ground PWM? Why does it show voltage to ground? Is this Ecu behavior normal? How many degrees should proper heater achieve and maintain? Maybe cat is not making any heat?
