1996 Nissan Pathfinder 4wd, only 105,000 it has been changed twice in the last two years. I just bought the care a few days ago and had the auto store check the fault. I looked at the sensor today and the wiring looked good and secured. P0141 , the knock sensor was also changed out.
a second problem I have is.
I also have multiple miss fires, The spark plugs & wires were changed and fuel filter two years ago less than 3,000 miles, I changed out the cap and rotor today - still miss fires. kind of stumped.

Clogged fuel injectors is a very common problem for the Pathfinder, and that could damage the O2 sensors. I suggest start by replacing the spark plugs, air filter, add a fuel additive and use high octane gas for a couple of weeks. If problem persist you may have to replace the fuel injectors.
