  • The EPC and check engine light turn on, but turn off for a few minutes when the sensors are adjusted in the acceleration pedal or the throttle. The throttle does not open fully when the pedal is fully pressed down (only opens about half way). When fully pressed down the car does not really accelerate. It goes normally then stops accelerating for a little and shutters then continues to accelerate it does this more often with increasing speed. When the light is erased it and the sensors are adjusted it works again for a little then goes back not accelerating correctly.
