  • I have a 2003 Mercedes Benz ML 500 W163 5.0 L made in USA. It has
    155k miles on it. The check engine light came on after the mechanic changes the
    valve cover gasket. I do not understand the generic error code. P0105

    We just put in new spark plugs and changes the oil. This car has
    been Good to me. I change the oil sensor in the oil pan last year. I am not
    sure what is causing this light to come on. P0105 The car still drives and
    accelerates fine. Can any one help? Has anyone had this error code? Do I need
    to take it to the dealer. They charge $150 just to put car on computer. By the
    war the mechanic left the spark plug wires loose and one came off. The wire was
    cleaned and put back on.
