  • can anybody tell me why Nissan puts out a service bulletin stating we know the problem and we know it is a issue for all of these vehicles but we are not going to pay to replace it that is your problem we will just tell you how and is there anyway to go through Nissan to make them fix it

  • Usually because not "all" the vehicles from that production have the problem and is not a safety issue. If all (or most of them) the vehicles have the problem and is a safety issue, then the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) will force Nissan to issue a recall.
