  • I am getting this code on a 2009 Dodge Caliber. I can get it to start if I jiggle the shifter into neutral or park, but not if I just leave it there. The starter will do something, but only for an instant and then die. It seems to be related to something in the shifter console as I already changed the neutral switch.
